Green Day’s Documentary Films About Themselves

Californian band Green Day will release two documentary films about themselves, reports Billboard magazine. One film will tell the audience how the group worked on their disk trilogy “Uno!”, “Dos!”, “Tre!” The second film will consist of Green Day videos, which were made more than 15 years ago.

The group’s leader said that the material for the first film was collected for more than 1,5 years. Both Tim Lynch, who worked with Green Day earlier on a DVD project “Green Day: Bullet in a Bible”, and Tim Wheeler, an editing specialist and one of the producers of :” Under Great White Northern Lights”-documentary film about The White Stripes band, worked on getting the materials together for the Green Day films. The exact release dates for both films are not known yet.
